We offer a variety of ad sizes to fit every budget. Early-bird rates are good through June 17, 2019. Rates will increase to the regular price for any ads reserved after that date.

Print-ready ad guidelines
All print-ready ads are due no later than July 22, 2019 for the first half of the season. Advertisers will have a chance to update their artwork for the second half of the season. Our ad sales representative will contact all advertisers in November 2019 regarding any ad artwork changes they wish to make.
To ensure that your print-ready ad is sent to us correctly, please review the following artwork guidelines.
- Please furnish electronic files in PDF, EPS, or TIFF format.
- All artwork must be 300 DPI and 100% size. Images embedded in the file should be 300 DPI.
- For color ads, files should be saved in CMYK mode. Ensure that objects and photos are embedded in the file are also CMYK; do not embed RGB objects and photos.
- For black and white ads, please save your file in grayscale mode.
- All fonts should be outlined or embedded within the file.
- Ads with bleeds are only accepted for cover ads.
- We cannot accept Microsoft Word Documents (.docx) or Microsoft Publisher files (.pub).
An ad size sample kit is available for download. It includes the above specifications and to-scale ad size examples with bleed information for cover ads.
Billing Information
Advertisers will be billed for half the total in Fall 2019 and the remainder in Spring 2020, unless other arrangements are requested and approved. Rates are NET and are based on print-ready art/ads. Payment is due within thirty days following receipt of each invoice.
